- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dishonest! Scammers! Purchased a pet fountain online for $150, during set up the fibreglass kept breaking off and the black paint running off on anything that came in contact with it. Very concerning seeing as this product is made for pets to drink out of. I then tried to fill it up with 10 litres as advertised (and instructed to do) and it overflows leaving the power cord to sit in water. Just outright dangerous. Contact them via Facebook they deleted the post and messaged me (considering a customer has genuine safety concerns one would think they'd be more worried about that then image). We exchanged photos, I was told to return it for a refund, response was almost immediate. Well they've now had the product for 7 days and have ended all communication, deleted my post from their Facebook. I'm lucky I paid worth afterpay who has no stepped in, had I not, I would have lost $150! I'm shocked that an australian business would behave in such a manner.
